I was locked out of my house without water or my phone. It was hot and I had already called a locksmith over an hour ago. Borrowed another neighbor’s phone to call AJ. Robert came in a half hour as promised and got me into my house. He fixed the lock I had and did not try to upsell me. Still haven’t heard back from the other company I called.

Robert was a huge help figuring out our needs after we moved into a home with multiple types of keyed and keyless locks. In fact, we waited about 2 weeks, while Robert was sick, so he could do the job

Great experience!! Great service!!! Fast service!!! First time ever being dumb and leaving my keys in the car Adam the helper was there in less than 10 minutes and he finished in less than 5 minutes, such great customer service!!!

They did an exceptional job, NO damages to the door/clasp for our storage unit, they were efficient and also provided proof that they were licensed/insured professionals. I highly recommend!!!!

Mr. Ando did a fantastic job handling an urgent lock situation where I needed a new lock in a time crunch. Very professional and seamless experience. Highly recommend AJ Locksmith for all Lock purposes in DFW!

Ando was incredibly professional and kind when replacing my mailbox keys. The communication with AJ Locksmith was also top-notch, very clear and responsive over the phone. I was thoroughly impressed with their service and would definitely use them again!

Quick efficient and focused. It was a terrible situation but AJ Locksmith was the fastest to respond (I called several) with a technician. He came faster than the estimated time and he was amazing and precise! Storage locks are extremely tough but he did not only once but twice. I am very grateful for such a quick response.

Kaden was awesome. I was cleaning my 2017 sentra and somehow locked the keys in. He got to the house within 13 mins of service call. And got me back into my vehicle in less than 5 mins. Price was also very fair. 200 bucks including tax. Incredible job guys. Ive got yals number saved just in case. If I could give 6 stars.. I would.
