Jason arrived and assessed the issue. Withing the hour and a half he was here, he was able to determine the problem, and get our air conditioning working at least a little bit until the proper parts could be sourced and installed. He was kind and helpful. He was able to teach us a bit more about our thermostat as well. Thanks!

Reasonable priced Carrier dealer with promote & adequate service. Received a courtesy call 20 minutes before coming in as scheduled. Workmanship is not topnotch but more than enough for the job. Time will tell the quality of the new AC unit. Nothing to complain at all.

I am pleasure to have Charton to help us on making the decision of choosing the right air conditioner model to replace my old unit. He is very professional, friendly and detail orientated. The Jacky installation team spent their time very efficient to install the new unit and they are very professional and friendly. Highly recommended that you want to have your air conditioner to be installed. My family are happy and enjoying the new air conditioner.

When the AC didn't start working, my parents were worried because they need to keep cool for health conditions and they knew that Covid-19 was making everything more difficult. The staff at High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc, especially Jason and Gilbert, were professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and made the process easy for everyone. Jason inspected the equipment, and gave us all the best options, which we appreciate greatly! He was on time, super genuine, thorough, and he explained what needed to be done. The family is very happy to find a technician and a company they can trust to take care of their HVAC needs throughout the year, it's really important for them as older adults. My dad is very happy to be spending Father's Day in the comfort of his cool home, there are not enough words to thank you guys!!

My Ac stopped working suddenly I called them they sent a professional technician with all the safety protection during covid-19. he spent a lot of time to check and recheck everything and was very helpful regarding giving the best recommendation for the options of replacing or fixing the parts. Th AC is working for now though it needs to be fixed or replaced soon. I really appreciate their fast and efficient service.

Our 17-years old AC stops running. Called High Efficiency to check the problem. Jason Bunjo came. He is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the details and options before he starts the job. We think it is better to have a new unit instead. It is a pleasure to have a professional technician to share knowledge. Looking forward to getting more details on a new AC.

Jason came earlier than expected. Took time to explain what the problem was and my options; worked with his office to ensure very fair pricing; very thorough. I signed up for their membership program as I thought the service was excellent

Customer service was very good setting up appointment and Jason who did the service was professional, courteous and gave me options to consider before he did the work. I highly recommend these guys.
