I contacted High Efficiency Heating & Cooling Inc for the furnace had rusted pipe issue. With their customer service is easy communicate and arranged for a technician came to my home to replace that rusty part of the pipe. Jason arrived on time with wearing a mask. He immediately went to the furnace to perform repairs. Throughout the process he focused on work and carefully inspected HVAC work system. He patiently explained everything to me after the work was completed, thanks Jason and highly recommend this company

Harry educated me on settings of my furnace and the ins and outs on the filters on my humidifier and hvac system. The whole service experience was awesome, from the first phone call to the office to request an urgent appointment for furnace repair which was booked within the hour. The service person was nice enough to accommodate us into his busy schedule . Jason is very professional, helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company w/o hesitation.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Jason (technician) did a thorough check up on our furnace and even checked the filter in our humidifier. Recommended a more suitable filter for both. He explained things in details. This company is good because they offered to check if the parts to be replaced are still on warranty and not like other companies who will just charge and charge you for things that you don’t even need. The repair is not complete yet as of this review. We are still waiting for the parts. We will leave another one after everything is finished. But so far everything is good. It is worth calling them.

I called Antonio, who I previously purchased my furnace 3 months agonot being cold. He had Jason to service our AC unit today. These guys are always professional, on time and did a fantastic job! Now I have cold air again.

Our furnace broke down unexpectedly as the temperature dropped to single digits. It needed to be replaced ASAP and I felt very stressed. Charton Teng was amazing and made the whole process very easy for me. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me options, answered all my questions, and I had many, and addressed all my concerns.He was very patient, he gave me time to do my own research and did not pressure me at all into making a decision until I was ready. That was very important for me. He made me aware of available rebates, explained what I needed to do to get the rebate and introduced me to the right people to make it happen. He was always available and responded to my messages and emails right away. Thank you very much, Charton. Jason came and helped me replace the humidifier this week. I can't wait to express my satisfaction with his service. He's such a nice and thoughtful person. He reminded me of possible leaking risk, demonstrated how to clean the HRV filters and how to protect your AC machine. Even these are not his responsibilities but when you asked, he answered you very detailed. I have to mention Gilbert as well. Thank you so much for your warm and efficient coordination. This is my third time to contact with High Efficiency, every time was an amazing experience. My furnace didn't work yesterday, still cold in Toronto. Recommonded by my friend, the techonician appeared at my home in 80 minutes after my contacting. That's amazing. He taught me the tricky way to fix the problem temporarily so I could still stay in the warm house. Today they called me that they had contacted the supplier and could replace the part. I love their service, very professional, it matches their name very well, high efficiency!!! Mr. Yan ,thanks a lot!

Jay is an excellent and highly competent technician. He explained in lay terms how my furnace operates and he showed me how to change my humidifier. I really valued the time and patience he took to answer all my questions.
