Positive: Professionalism these guys are very professional and most important are trustworthy. I had a terrible experience from a hvac technician I found on google reviews and fortunately high efficiency cooling & heating were able to help resolve the issue. They are reasonable price and most importantly they fix what's required and will not try to upsell you. Both Jason and Harry are phenomenal and I would not hesitate to reach out to them to service my furnace in the future.

Jason contacted me in advance of the scheduled visit to ask if he could come to our home early as we were in a no heat situation this was very much appreciated. Jason was also informative and quick in servicing our furnace. He was able to show me the failing parts and why they may need replacing in the future. Kudos to Jason and his quick and efficient service!

He and his Team arrived on time for each meeting and installation time. The install team was very efficient and clean. I believe Chartan gave us the best price when comparing other estimates from other Vendors. Positive: Punctuality Baled me out again. 15 staff most female and no heat on a minus 15 day they were out and replaced broken part in short order. Would recommend these people anytime.

Recently used this company for annual furnace maintenance. Service was punctual and technician was knowledgeable and honest. Also had them install new furnace and hot water tank ~2 years ago. They specialize in carrier units and easily offered the best price based on 3 other quotes I had at the time. They are honest in that they sized my unit accurately for my home and they DO NOT oversell (trying to sell more efficient units). Install went well and they follow codes and regulations to the letter because my install was difficult given a tight space in a typical toronto basement. Would definitely use again in near future for AC replacement. update: just had them over for a furnace repair. Service was quick and safe

Was referred to Jason & his company by a friend of ours to look into some strange noise coming from the furnace. Jason work was excellent and he gave honest suggestions. He took the time to give that personal touch and provide great advise. Will definitely recommend them and use them again !
