Overall communicative with fast and effective responses and installation was arranged following day. Great customer service with respect to set up, installation and trouble shooting. One star down for style points as last minute it was determined that I needed a new thermostat and it ended up leaving some empty space on my wall.

Installed two heat pumps using the company, during the installation at my home the technicians replace my old black drainage tube with clear ones as my old AC was leaking water. They are happy to answer my questions about dampers and over/under sizing of heat pump. They also added an Eco bee with each heat pump and set it up for me. Fast response and excellent service even in the peak AC season. I personally referred this company to my neighbors and in-laws after my experience. I will be using this company for all HVAC related service from now on.
