Sam was amazing. Friendly, courteous and fixed my problem efficiently. He also took the time to show me what the problem and the fix.

I have used this company's services for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service provided. The servicemen have always been courteous and friendly beyond expectation. The gentleman who came yesterday was not only polite and knowledgeable he actually set ip my thermostat to get me the temperatures correctly programmed which I had been trying to do dince the fall! He made sure to wear his booties to ensure my floors would remain clean. He checked all aspects of my system, cleaned the humidifier and replaced my filters. He was welcoming when I asked questions yet totally unintrusive when I set about other tasks. Delighted with his attention to detail and his overall service. Thank you for another year of great service! See you next year!

I was concerned about some heating issues in my home, called High Efficiency as they had installed the heating system. Promptly the next day the technician arrived and spent two hours working on the issue , made sure all was good . Thank you Harry for your patience and perseverance, for explaining the work to me. Grateful to High Efficiency and their dedicated staff like Harry. Can’t say enough good things about his expertise, patience and kindness.

Marco the Service Coordinator from High Efficiency Heating & Cooling has been amazing to work with. The heat pump chassis that I had purchased less than 2 years ago was leaking and so my condo wasn’t heating to temperature set. Marco dealt with the distributor and managed to get me a replacement chassis installed within days. He’s very responsive and always manages to squeezes me in at the earliest available slot whenever I’m in need of an annual cleaning or for any diagnostic. Thank you Marco & team for the amazing work!

Rana, is really helping me out on fixing my HVAC, I asked the previous technician from another company last time, they mess everything up, and Rana is very professional and passion to figure out everything. And eventually I have my working HVAC back.🥳🥳

Professional and patient. Very good experience.

We placed a service call and a technician came out same day within a few hours. The technician was super polite and was very thorough with checking everything and resolved the issue with my furnace within the first 10 minutes. He took the time to ensure all the thermostat settings were correct and to ensure the furnace was heating correctly before leaving. Very satisfied with the service provided by the technician!

High Efficiency has shown their high level of service as well as their efficiency in dealing with our heating broken down during the holiday season and gone subzero. The thorough tested the heater and demonstrate their professionalism in quality assurance. Thank you Marco for the unparalleled service. We highly recommend this contractor for any heating/cooling jobs, big or small.

Liam was amazing in his help to fix a number of issues including my ecobee thermostat, clearing up dead bugs from the furnace, fixing humidifier pipe, and giving me tips to take care of the heating and cooling. He was a professional through and through and I really appreciated him taking time to inspect everything.
