Sahil (Sam) was very thorough to clean the condenser of my heat pump during this year's maintenance. He checked and made sure the system was working as designed. He answered all my questions with patience and provided very good advice. He did the same with my brother's heat pump next door. Excellent work!

Jason was great. On time, friendly, knowledgable. He answered all my questions clearly and provided tips and pointers Will use him and High Efficiency again Update Oct 2021 - since my original review I've used High Efficiency for all my HVAC needs. Jason just installed a humidifier for me and did a great job + took the time to explain the functions and features Update Nov 2022 - Great as always. I had an issue with my furnace and Gilbert helped me every step of the way, from explaining my options to helping me order the part required May 2025 - Sam was fantastic. Did more than previous techs and was very helpful. Happy customer for years!

Sam was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain everything to us. We had a heat pump problem and they sent Sam the next day we called, he was able to quickly diagnose it and fix it. Highly recommend this company!

Technician attend a scheduled maintenance services for our home cooling and heat pump system. Sahil was the technician, he called before arriving. He was punctual and completed the services to our satisfaction. He was cordial and answer all my questions.

We scheduled an annual service of our heat pump and a technician came in promptly to do the work. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we are very pleased with his work.

Air cleaners and humidifiers: Repair; Air Exchange Excellent work and reasonable price. Troubleshooted the issue and took his time to fix the problem with my air exchange unit.

I had to laugh when I got an invitation from High Efficiency to submit an opinion on Google. Along with the invitation I got a recommendation of what to write here. So it would not surprise me if you see another Google entry saying the same thing! However, I will say, having used them several times before, every word they have asked me to write is true. They are excellent people to deal with. So here it is: The service technician arrived in the time window quoted and completed it within the time window too. He was polite, worked safely and cleanly, and explained what he had found and exactly the service he performed.

We can't thank High Efficiency Cooling & Heating company for their superb service with our Heat Pump. They were recommended to us by our neighbour in our townhome complex and they didn't disappoint. Charton who is our Sales Rep/contact took the time to explain everything to us before we've made a decision and eventually had our heat pump installed over a year ago. We've had just two service calls within the year and in each instance, their promptness and attentive help have been both amazing. The last service call was today and I've again contacted Charton. I found out he's overseas on a vacation but this didn't deter him from arranging for a service department visit to check out the issue and to address it promptly. Hats off to Charton's promptness, through Marco as well who did the immediate follow -up with me for an appointment and lastly, Rana who came by today to work on the issue which is amazing. They've addressed the issue we've reported and we are completely happy with the level of service they always provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their heating/cooling unit in the future. Charton, Marco, Rana - thank you to the three of you for your amazing help, promptness and great work!

Leon, the technician from High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc arrived on time to install a Honeywell Pro thermostat at my condo unit. He was very professional. He answered all my questions patiently and was methodical in getting the job done. Way to go Leon (Hope I got your name right).

I was very lucky to have Mr. Sahel as the service man to fix my leaking pipe gas problem. He was very thorough and knew his job very well. Very efficient and was patient to answer all my questions.
