Office personnel and customer service could use a great amount of improvement. Don’t expect rapids responses from them. However, if Douglas Phillips is your Service Technician, you are in for a real treat! Wonderful gentleman with a very professional attitude. He is very thorough and answers all questions promptly and honestly!!!

Recently, I had to have my garage door sensors replaced after our garage flooded with salty seawater from a hurricane. Two and half years ago, DGD installed a new garage door opener and supporting spring system. As a previous customer, they worked with me on the door sensor replacement cost and included a tune-up at a very reasonable price. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfied.

DGD continues to be a very reliable resource for me. The original installation was very reasonably priced compared to other companies and provided additional security for my home during the recent hurricane. A minor issue that resulted from my storing all lanai and pool furniture/equipment resulted in causing the door to malfunction. Not knowing how to correct myself, i called DGD. They were able to schedule a service visit in a reasonable amount of time and stayed in touch with me so that i knew exactly when the tech was going to arrive. The tech was able to tell me immediately what caused the problem and show me how i could avoid making the same mistake again. He offered me several levels of additional service to choose from, made sure everything was properly operational, and left me with a perfectly functioning garage door.

The repairman was courteous and went straight to work. He knew what he needed to do to make the repair. He had all the necessary parts and tools needed to fix the door. Your company should be proud to have Douglas Phillips as an employee. He was very professional and efficient.

Tyrone C. Was excellent!! Arrived on time, he was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tyrone and DGD.

As always had great experience. Tyrone called to let us know when he would arrive. Upon arrival, explained how he would check out the door and equipment under warrenty. After completion he provided us with what was found.

Raymond was thorough, informative and efficient. He diagnosed several problems with our garage door and opener and gave us multiple solutions to fix the issues. We will be calling DGD again for our maintenance.

I wasn't able to open my garage door due to a broken spring & cable. I called DGD at 8:30am & they sent Brandon C out by 12:00 and he was able to replace the cable & springs. He was extremely knowledgeable & courteous. I wouldn't hesitate using your company again.
