Very good experience. Was able to get a same day service call. Brian showed up on time and was professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

Great same day service by John Hartley. He is most courteous and very knowledgeable. He had the right answer for all of my questions and concerns. I learned a few things from him about my garage doors that I did not know.

They were able to quickly determine what was needed and were able to replace the garage door within a few days. Chandler the installer was very good and answered lots of questions along the way. Well done Chandler and DGD.

When our garage door stopped working, we called DGD Garage Doors. The next morning they sent out Raymond Harmon, one of their repairmen who promptly and courteously fixed the door and also, since the door is very old, gave us information on new garage doors which we appreciated. When the time comes to replace the existing door, we will definitely call them to do the job.

The technician that did the work on my garage door was very professional from his introduction at my front door to completing the work. I would highly recommend this company.

The garage door cable broke on our door and was stuck in the open position. I called DGD and they showed up within two hours. It took about one hour to replace both cables, lubricate the rollers and overhead spring. The price was reasonable. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous. I was very satisfied.

When Tyrone got here I was in a bad mood (something unrelated) and by the time he left I was in a good mood. He went above and beyond his regular visits!!!
