Anthony was amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable about this issue my door was having. Explained in detail so I could understand. Work was done quickly but with great quality amd detail. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results. You have a great employee in Anthony! I would recommended DGD and Anthony to any and all!!

Very happy with our service from Technician Anthony with DGD. He arrived on time in the window given and immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage door. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and explained everything. The repair was fixed promptly and I’m very satisfied!

My tech was Brandon. He arrived two hours earlier than expected and got to work immediately. I wasn’t home at the time, because I expected him to come later. He opened my garage door manually bc my opener was broken.. and my cat had gotten in the garage and he let my cat in the house. 🙂 He finished up w my door, helped me put in a new code and download the app on my phone and set that all up. And before he left, he brought in my trash can from the street. 🥲🙂 Would highly recommend! Very affordable and efficient service! 😁

Just had a torsion spring break and called DGD at about 4 pm. They said that someone would be out in about 2 hrs but Brandon Collin showed up in 30 minutes. What a great guy!!! Fixed my springs and gave the door a good going over. Gave me the options of what to repair. He was honest and a good quick hard worker. Second time he has worked for me. We will only call DGD and request Brandon!!! Thanks again...

Arrived within promised window...quickly evaluated status of operation and offered 3 quotes depending on what I what I wanted to do...objectively presented, absolutely no sales pressure to "upsell"...repair completed on the spot. Very satisfied, though more expensive than I anticipated...but admittedly I don't have knowledge of standard current rates...so may very well been competitive.

Tyrone C was exceptional and customer friendly. He was expedient and thorough and did not push any estimates only offered suggestions. He replaced a bottom seal for us and it got a much better seal The before photo is included.

I contacted DGD for a repairman to come out to have a look for at the issue with my mom’s electric garage door. John Hartley was the chosen one! He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. He quickly assessed the situation, explained all of the issues and after getting the ok from mom, he went straight to work to remedy all that needed to be fixed. John was very professional, kind and personable. He let me watch and explained all he was doing and why. Before I knew it, mom’s garage door had been tuned up and quieted down. Excellent is the best word to describe our experience with DGD today. Unable to get the garage door up to leave for work this holiday morning, my husband walked instead. After several tries at other companies, I was able, through Faith in the office, to get DGD to come out by the early afternoon to replace the springs. John was friendly & efficient. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.

The transaction went smoothly from the day I made an appointment. Communication was excellent, and I received text messages regarding the appointment, even on weekends. On the day of service, I received the profile of the technician coming to my house and arrived with a very respectful demeanor. He explained everything and gave me options for the service I wanted/ needed. The technician is Matthew Normand. He did a great job!
