Technician found our issue immediately and resolved it. Only negative comment was the late hour of arrival.

Randy from DGD arrived on time, listened carefully to the issues with the garage door, and then explained the steps he would take to determine the solution. He even offered to correct a small problem I had not noticed. We needed a new opener (which we had already figured we needed), plus a new keyless pad, and a new seal. All done in a timely and efficient manner (with several distractions), and a reasonable price. Very very pleased with the new opener, and with Randy and DGD!

He took the time to explain the problem I had and I really appreciate there were no surprise fees at the end. I highly recommend Brakki and DGD for anyone in need of garage door service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!

Randy was professional and personable. He answered any and all questions that I had. He lubricated things that had to be lubricated and he checked every working part of the garage door. He did a thorough tune-up.

I am very pleased with our service rep who had great knowledge of my problem. He was friendly and went to work on the problems of our garage door. He finished his work, went through the details of what he did with me and now the garage door works just great.

Matt did an outstanding job servicing and repairing our old garage door opener. When it came time for a replacement, he completed the installation slowly and helpful with programming the remotes and cell phones. Thank you Matt.

I had 2 busted remotes for my garage door opener. John came by after 1 day calling in for the service. He checked everything out quickly and determined the problem and then proceeded to fix it. He then offered a tune up, which he completed in less than 30 minutes. He was informative and confident in his knowledge. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend DGD.
