Excellent Service!

We are extremely pleased with DGD's technician, Miguel! He demonstrated exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail during the installation of our new garage door opener. He explained each step clearly and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Additionally, the customer service team was remarkably efficient in providing all the requested documents promptly. We were impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. We will absolutely use DGD again and highly recommend them to others.

I needed service on my garage door opener and DGD scheduled an appointment and promptly showed up actually a bit earlier than expected. The tech's immediately got to work and solved my problem in a few minutes. They checked and serviced the opener as well as putting the red rope back on the opener that I accidentally ripped off by losing my balance and pulling the rope a bit too hard, (actually that rope kept me from falling on my face.) I was so grateful for both of the tech's. They are the greatest and I continue for DGD to be my go-to whenever I have problems with the opener. (which are few). These guys are wonderful. They are professional and knowledgeable.

The technician was great. He was professional, polite & knowledgeable. Replaced the broken spring and cable. I would not hesitate to recommend DGD to friends and family.

DGD representative was on time and called prior to appointment. I was completely kept informed of what he was doing and any upgrades that were needed to keep garage door operating. Excellent service all around.

John was very professional. I never felt pressured and he was patient with all my questions. I am not sure what level maintenance we are going with yet but I cannot imagine going with anyone but John with DGD. They seem to be a class act.

Needed garage door opener replaced. Technician, Matt, was very personable and professional. He did an excellent job replacing the garage door opener.

Life savers!! After my garage door came crashing down at 6 am (it was loud!), I was scrambling for help. DGD was here within hours; Raymond is knowledgeable, skilled, efficient & personable. So happy I called DGD!

Steve from Discount Garage Door’s came out and did an amazing job installing a whole new garage door and motor for me. He was very thorough and his cleanup, and showing me how everything worked. Super polite and communicated everything that was happening. Their office staff was great too. 10 out of 10 experience, would recommend.
