Mathew the technician is really knowledgeable about the garage door, didn’t waste time, explained the problem and how the process works. He made sure that everything was working properly with whole garage door and not just the seal. I was really impressed with his work.

Tyrone C just came and did my yearly maintenance check in order to keep my warranty in place and he was absolutely the most pleasantest person I have ever had to deal with five stars. If I can give him 10 stars I would. DGD is a great company and pleasant all the way around from the person making the appointment to Tyrone coming out and they were always communicating and it was such a pleasure to deal with. I Would Recommend them 100%.

The work was done. No problems except for the billing. We received som charges that were not ours. Randy's work was professional as usual.

Contacted DGD based on reviews and so glad I did. They worked around my schedule. Artur arrived, diagnosed, and then fixed the issue quickly for a reasonable price. As it was an unusual issue he even tried to diagnose why it happened. Great service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Received great, honest and friendly service from Ray today. He was able to resolve my garage opener problem the same day and went above and beyond to keep my cars safe, respected my property and was very knowledgeable. Learned so much and highly recommend Duke’s garage doors. I used them previously in our older home when they were DGD and received great service there too.

Super fast service and great price. Jimmy replaced the garage door motor and wall remote/sensors in less than an hour.

Bryan Aucoin came out to determine the problem we were having with our garage door not opening properly. It turned out to be a worn-out door opener. After checking with his office, he was able to not only replace the garage door opener with a new one but also, provided a future maintenance package at an affordable price. I used DGD Garage Doors to replace my garage door in 2020 and am glad that I followed up with them to replace my garage door opener. Bryan is a great representative of DGD. He listened to our concerns and completed his work, cleaned up after he was done, and made sure we understood the operation of the opener. We are very satisfied with Bryan and DGD Garage Doors!
