the service technician that Dukes sent out was great Arthur explained everything to us and did the job promptly will tell all of our neighbors and friends to use them

This is an excellent company. They were on time, fixed our door and the tech was friendly and knew his business.

Dylan was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the problems with my garage door opener, replaced the broken one and alerted me to future replacement parts as they are nearing the end of their life cycle. Extremely pleased with his work.

Very nice and considerate repair person and was very helpful with other things that needed to be done as far as oiling and springs replacement. Couldn’t have had a better person to take care of my garage door. Thank you!

We have used DGD for several years. We recently had a serious problem with the garage door motor and Matthew Rivera came to our aid. He installed a new garage door opener that was better than the previous one. He was professional and thorough in his training on how to use the new system.

Devonta was very prompt and explained what was wrong with the opener. He was a busy bee doing all the work that was needed. He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself too. He schooled me on the operational aspect of the new garage door opener. Very knowledgeable and knew what was needed to make sure the job was done properly. I give him 5 platinum stars!

Steve and Zach installed our new Colpay garage door today. They were pleasant and polite young men and maintained a most professional manner throughout the install. As the lead technician, Steve has excellent communication skills and kept us fully informed and answered questions well. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left, the only you could tell they’d been there was by our beautiful new door. We’re very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Duke’s Garage Doors.

Excellent service! Devonte was an 11 out of 10!

Amazingly fast and precise work. They did me a solid on the price and the professionalism was off the chart. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has garage door needs.

I found that Artur their service agent was very a hard worker, very knowledgeable and . He did an excellent job and I was very impressed when all was said and done. Would hire them again if needed.

As usual, it was well done.
