Our tech Brandon did a superb job. He was a bit late, but we were an end of day appointment, he still arrived, was highly knowledgeable, did a great job educating us about garage doors, located several desperately needed adjustments, performed all services efficiently, professionally & beyond reproach. What a great representative for an established company. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a Great Experience with Arthur, the technician that was sent over. Fast, Efficient, courteous, and the best part it was affordable today. John from DGD replaced just about everything on our garage door after the springs broke. He was excellent, and for only having 3 years of experience, he knew the manufacturer of our garage door even though it was original to our home that was built in 1982. Thanks alot John. It was a pleasure doing business with you and DGD.

Very good and helpful with seniors!

I had my new garage door and opener installed today. Henry, the technician, did an incredible job. He explained the process along with a tutorial on how to easily operate my new door. I would highly recommend Dukes and especially would ask for Henry every time! Not only was this a cost-effective project, but it also added more value to my home. Thank you DGD and Henry!

Pleasant experience from start to finish. After scheduling, I received a text message about the technician who was coming out and a link to track his location and arrival time. Devonte' arrived, introduced himself and accessed the repair needed. He made logical suggestions, based on wear signs and provided me with a written estimate. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and I was able to get on with my day. Afterwards, I received an electronic receipt along with warranty paperwork. I was extremely happy with the service provided and thought the price was reasonable for the most part. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

We have been with DGD (DUKE'S) for many years. Our most recent service was excellent as it always has been. Jimmy is and excellent technician as representative for DUKE'S.

Duke's replaced our garage door opener and some door parts this afternoon. Their pricing was competitive, and the service was timely, pleasant, helpful, and first-class. I had received three quotes for the work with a sizable cost spread. I highly recommend DGD.

Chris did a really good job, very courteous and professional I highly recommend DGD!!

Work was great. New opener works fine, everything paired. Missed the window for arrival by 3 hours, due to unexpected emergency calls, according to the technician. That’s understandable but communication could have been better.

The garage door is very quiet. They did a good a good job !
