The tech, Jeremy, fixed my garage door for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time and explained everything prior to work being done. No overselling, no bs. Highly recommend.

Heads up call in the AM saying the tech was on schedule. I asked to have the tech call 5 minutes out so I could let my dogs out. He called as I requested. He was polite, professional, and left the area clean. Would recommend.

Ricky called to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived on time, inspected the garage door mechanism, gave me a detailed estimate of what was needed and completed the work in a timely manner. He was easy to talk to & progessional in his work. Would recommend him anytime.

Can’t say enough positive regarding DiscountGarage Doors. Responsive, prompt, and maintained a clean work area. My technician Randy was great. Very respectful, friendly snd knowledgeable. No high pressure to chose an option. Laid information out clearly, answered all questions and took time to explain everything again when work was completed. Feel confident in work and am glad I researched reviews on social media before selecting a company ..they were right on and I am glad with choice.

Randy, the technician was prompt with his appointment. He diagnosed the problem and gave us three options. He also gave me advise on lubrication the garage door. We are very satisfied with Discount Garagee we Doors.

Trey phoned ahead of his arrival. He then arrived, was very polite, friendly and informative. Spent time adjusting the track and pulleys, when finished, the door doesn't make all the noise and hesitation any more. I am always pleased when he comes back for the annual maintenance.

Just had Jeremy replace a garage door opener and rebuild both our doors in less than 2 hours! He was great! Very professional and personable. Would definitely love Discount Garage Doors!!
