Excellent customer service including the person I initially spoke with on phone. Was able to service my garage door issue within hours of my call for an estimate and availability for repair. Joshua, the technician, was prompt and contacted me within half hour of arrival. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and finished the work within an hour.

DGD replaced a 22 y/o garage door opener for me last week and we are very happy with their service. John and Danny worked quietly and efficiently and explained everything that we needed to know to operate the new Genie opener. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Quick service after lightening struck and distroyed our garage door motor. We have been so impressed with the quality of work Duke's Garage Doors has provided us when we were having an issue. Thanks Duke's !!!

Wonderful experience. It was an after hours service call. The service tech was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, gave me an estimate which I agreed was fair. He then started the repairs and finished the job, left the work area very clean. I definitely recommend Dukes as the goto for garage door sales and repairs.

The mechanic who showed up was very knowledgeable about garage doors and was very friendly. What I don't like is the estimate I'm sure he has to give to everyone. I may need some of these items in the future, but didn't want to go broke all in one day.

Always professional, Tech knew exactly what he was doing. He had a great work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. I have used them for over 20 years. Great staff and service.

Replaced a damaged garage door with Dukes Garage Door. Representative came out and provided good advice and recommended a replacement to suit our needs at a good price. Communication for scheduling the installation date was excellent and a very knowledgeable technician came out in a few days and installed in about 2 hours. We did not notice one of the panels was dented and called Dukes and they came out a second time with no questions asked and replaced the panel. Very personable throughout the process. They promptly scheduled the final inspection with the county and all is completed. Great transaction with a very good company. Could not ask for more. Good job Dukes !
