Technicians did an excellent job when our 40+ year old garage door finally died. They attempted to repair it, but it was time for a new unit. The techs gave us several options, and had our new unit in within a few minutes. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend discount garage doors. I had knocked the garage door off the track and then some. I called them and they had Michael out here within a couple of hours. He was courteous, efficient and happy. It was a delight to have him in my garage working. He did a great job in a short time in the heat.

My experience with DGG had been a good one from the beginning. The employees who confirm appointments & arrival times are polite and courteous. Travis, the door specialist, explained the garage screen doors in detail & answered any questions we had. He also kept me updated on his arrival time & was very prompt. Brandon, the technician in our area, was the best. The CSR & Brandon kept me updated as to his arrival. He explained In detail what needed to be done to repair our garage door, explained what to do in the future if this or that happened, completely two task we asked for nice & neat. He also programmed my car to the garage door which will be so convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend Discount Garage Doors.

DGD worked with me to meet my schedule to replace my garage door that had died of old age, their technician arrived when scheduled and did an excellent installation. Even the post install clean up was done very well. Recommend them as a first rate vendor!

Our garage door was knocked off the track by a vehicle. Discount got a tech out there same day, got it back on track and did additional work, 2 springs, new track wheels and got it all working quickly. Thank you for finding someone to back fill the tech that had a fam emergency

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. I had 2 broken springs on my garage door and I couldn't open the door. I called at 945 am. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant They were able to send a tech out the same day. The repairs cost more than I thought they would but then again i had no idea what to expect. The tech was very courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend Discount Garage Door
