Came out same day we called to report the problem. Explained all options before he did anything, told us exactly what was wrong. Had all the materials to complete the repairs same day. Reasonable price.

I've had my 40-yr-old double-wide garage door serviced by Discount Garage Doors twice in the past few years and each time the work was stellar. They are great about working around my schedule and are always on time, if not early. Joe explained the work that needed to be done and how to maintain my door and the opener, treated me like an intelligent woman, and didn't "mansplain" which I often get from other techs. The cost was also reasonable and always explained ahead of time. DGD has become my "go-to" whenever I have issues with my garage door or the opener because of their honesty and dependability.

Technician was very polite. Very pleased with him.

Door was updated by DGD in 2019 but recently started making noise. Technician came out promptly to do maintenance and advised of 4-visit maintenance plan availability. Price was very good and service completed quickly. No more squeaky door and I am good to go with Bi-annual maintenance for a few years. Highly recommended.

TJ was, yet again, excellent. He was prompt and courteous but most importantly he was professional and competent. He had the repair done quickly and perfectly. He cleaned up after himself and was friendly and polite. As I said after his first visit, I have found my garage door guy for all future business. I recommend him and only him to anyone in need of garage door work.
