It was an emergency since my car was in the garage and the door would not open. My technician Xavier was very nice and extremely professional. Explained everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend DGD.

Although the issue I had was an install issue, they were efficient, timely and kept me updated on the progress of my ticket. Always courteous when I call.

DGD came out for a preventive maintenance service and to replace a worn bottom door seal. Communications with the office and repair technician were great. I didn’t realize how loud our garage door was until after the service.

My experience with DGD was outstanding! They called me to schedule the appointment, they called me 30-minutes prior to arrival time, AND he arrived on time. I offered my driveway to the young man and he refused...it is their policy and practice not to park in the driveway....very courteous indeed. I thought that was cool...he walked to and from his truck every time. Explained in detail what he was going to do and answered every question, and I had several. Tyler was a terrific ambassador to DGD. I recommend them for your garage door repairs or new installation. Jennifer

Service technician very customer service oriented. Happy with repairs and updates. However they did not clean up afterwards and also left black stains on our new garage floor

Great Customer Service

Apart from having to remind DGD to email me the receipt (and warranty info.) afterward, I genuinely appreciated the company's surprisingly prompt and thorough response when we needed a repair (spring broke and other components had worn out since we last had the company out more than 6 years earlier): Chris and John showed up just 2 hours after I called and had finished just an hour later; they explained the situation clearly and laid out our various options. Chris and John tackled the job with great professionalism, and I'd recommend DGD to others without any hesitation.

Very fast response time especially on a Saturday afternoon. Fixed my problem right away. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. Great job well done! This was the second time I've used this company and would use them again.
