Excellent service. Xavier did a very good job.

I called the company on Saturday afternoon, they scheduled me on spot for Monday and they were following up the technician visit through texts , the technician Michael came on time , took his time to explain the issues, gave me estimates fir labor and spare parts , and By the way ( No diagnosis fees like other companies on internet) . We agreed on the work, Michael replaced the springs and a bearing and finished the job in less than an hour , great company and great technician.thats the company I would hire again for any future issues 👍

We had an urgent repair need and called DGD Garage Doors. A technician was nearby and was dispatched to our home shortly after. Technician Jimmy K quickly assessed and made the repairs. He had replacement parts on the truck so their was no waiting. We found Jimmy to be knowledgeable, a good listener, patient, and skilled in his profession. I deducted a star because the company website does the opposite of what it promotes. The home page says "Get a Free Estimate". It also says "Never a Service Call Charge". My invoice showed that I was charged a $50 trip charge plus the labor fee. I called the Brooksville office. Trinity stated that the trip charge is their policy. When asked to reconcile this policy against the website, I was also told that the "Never a Service Call Charge" is related to the Free Estimate claim. If a customer rejects the estimate, the visit is free. If the customer accepts the estimate, both a service call fee and labor fee are charged. This is clearly a contradiction and demonstrates a lack of transparency. The company needs to correct their website and I have asked the office to do so. They should restate their offering to "Service Call Charge applies to all completed jobs."

Discount Garage Door is responsive, professional with great communication. The service technician went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great customer service with professional follow-up!

Great experience. Had a SERIOUS malfunction due to a spring manufacture defect. Matt Davis analyzed the possible causes; then he talked through the various remedies using analogies, where necessary, to keep the cause/solution details in readily understandable, plain language. The fix took quite a while, but, he left us feeing confident the situation was fully resolved. Kudos for a job well done.

Great experience with DGD. My technician Raymond H. was phenomenal! Excellent communication when he was on his way, very knowledgeable and perfect install. Highly recommend. I will continue to use them for my garage door needs in SWFL.

Absolutely first class. Very pleased with prompt and expert service.

First of all let me say how prompt and courteous Bryon was when he arrived exactly when he informed me he would. He was very professional upon arrival and gave me prices on 3 stages of repair that he could perform and prices on all. After choosing which repair, Bryon proceeded to comence repairs and was finished in no time. This is the second time that I have used DGD and will use them again if ever needed. Can't say enough goog things about this company. I would recommend DGD to friends and family without hesitation.

4 hours agoNEW The receptionist who answered the phone gave me an appointment in a 3 hour block. I explained I didn't want to take off from work until absolutely necessary and if possible be given a call 30 minutes before heading to my house. She put a note in my file. Just as requested, the technician Ray called me and said he was 30 minutes out. He got to my house only moments before I arrived and- it was perfect. He knew immediately walking into my garage that it was the spring. He was extremely informative, professional, and easy to speak with. He explained the parts, procedure, and pricing. He was diligent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much Ray and DGD for a job well done.
