DGD has been my garage door company of choice for years. Yesterday, when my aging garage door was failing, DGD’s technician, Daniel Spoto, renewed my ongoing faith in this fine company. Even at the end of his workday, Daniel was pleasant and optimistic that he could solve the problem. He completed the repair and saved me money in the process. It’s reassuring to know there are still companies that we can trust.

Our technician Eric White did a great job explaining everything with our maintenance and it’s good to know our garage door is in good shape.

Daniel provided us with a great experience yesterday. He communicated his arrival time, was right on time, listened well to our needs, did a thorough inspection of our garage door, and presented all of the options for repairs. He started work immediately, finished in the timeframe he estimated and did very high quality work. He thoroughly explained what he did and addressed all questions we had. Fantastic job, Daniel, couldn’t ask for more.

DGD and our representative Ford S. are extremely easy to work with. Ford arrived on time as promised and explained everything in detail and stayed as long as needed to answer our questions. Ford is very knowledgeable and courteous. They may not be the cheapest around, but be confident that price doesn't reflect quality or honesty.

Daniel did a great job. the estimate for replacement rollers and springs on my sagging 13 year old door was fair. the work was done quickly and neatly.

We had Eric White come out to install my new garage door opener and he did a fantastic job. He installed it very quickly and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Eric is very nice and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough with making sure everything was set up correctly before he left.

Service tech was there when he said he would be. Explained what was causing the noise I was hearing and assured me it would go away on its own. No charge.
