Courteous service, prompt arrival and well explained

We had a spring break so the garage door was crooked and wouldn't close. They came out the same day and Mina worked until almost 10pm but got it done. Works great and quieter than it used to be.

Byron and Chris were the 2 guys that repaired my garage door. They were extremely informative and very nice and professional. I will highly recommend them.

Raymond showed up on time and did a good job replacing springs and rail on our garage door. Very little talking, just working, which I appreciate in this day and age where everyone feels a need to overshare. Did not get another quote so not sure but price seemed within range.

Chris and Brion were extremely helpful with setting up and instructing us on how to use it! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new unit!

Bryon and Chris did a fantastic job. Bryon showed up on time and explained everything clearly. He and Chris finished the job quick and neat. I will recommend DGD to anyone who asks.

Both Bryan and Chis were very pleasant and professional. We basically use our garage as a main entrance. The garage work was done in a timely manor and Bryan cleaned up. Chris educated us on or system and remotes and made sure we understood everything. Bryan was here previously for a smaller repair job, so we were very pleased to see him again. Overall fabulous experience and we have recommended your company many times due to Byan's last visit. Thank you DGD , it is a relief that we know we can always count on you.

Extremely nice repair person. Took a lot of time explaining things to us.. The price was fair. Couldn't be happier with their service.

We had a minor issue as it turned out. The tech was willing to come over really late, which we appreciated. He gave us all of the options without pressure. Once he was done with adjustment and installing new rollers I decided I wanted an outside key pad. He stayed and installed it without acting hurried. He was also very polite. We will use this company again, if we have more issues.

The company is very effiient scheduling and giving advance notice of arrival, the technician was very considerate ane capable and had everything at his disposal to remedy my problem. Great service.

Excellent service!!!! Technicians were friendly and worked efficiently to get my garage door back in proper working order. They gave me options before they started and explained everything very thoroughly. Very pleased with the work done and will gladly use them in the future if needed.
