Mike, the tech who installed my door, gave me excellent service. He was early, went quickly to work, discovered a very important issue with my foundation, and when l we discovered an error with the windows installed on my garage door, Mike was quick to point out that the fix was an easy one - and would be corrected at no cost to me. And he pointed out the salesman input the correct windows on the order, but something happened to the entry in the system. My only suggestion is for the company to provide their techs with rechargeable leaf blowers, so they can blow all the little pieces that result from this work out of the customer’s garage & save them the trouble. But clearly that is a minor issue. The important work was done superbly. Thanks Mike!

Bryon and Bob did an outstanding job in repairing and installing a new Linears door opener. After diagnosis of the problem, they presented a number options. We decided to install a new opener. They had all material to complete the job. They were courteous, professional, and completed the job in two hours. We would recommend DGD to others.
