ABSOLUTELY AWESOME COMPANY AND EXPERT STAFF!!! Not enough superlatives to describe the SUPERB SERVICE we received, once again, from the DGD family! Josh Battle, one of DGD's finest technicians, exceeded our expectations in EVERY WAY! 10-STARS!!! Thoroughly professional, Josh expertly inspected our garage door system, including our hand held remotes as well as our automobile remote. He identified the malfunctioning remote(s) and immediately contacted his manager to receive approval to replace our home remotes, with new ones. We were ecstatic when Josh told us that his manager approved Josh's recommendation! Thanks to DGD's superb leadership and Josh's commitment to ensure our garage door would operate safely and efficiently, we were "back in business" , with new remotes, in less than 30 minutes! UNBELIEVABLE!! "PERFECTION" comes close to describing our experience! Looking forward to sharing our GOOD NEWS experience with our many family and friends! NONE BETTER! DGD, was wonderful, they kept me informed about when the Tech would arrive so I didn’t have wait around all day waiting. The Tech Chris was great and did a excellent job getting the door fixed, will use them again.

The maintenance technician was prompt, extremely polite, and knowledgeable. He made a few suggestions but he was not overbearing. Good experience!

I live in Pittsburgh and my mom lives home alone in Sarasota. She has had health issues and I try to get home as much as I can to help. She called me in a panic saying her garage door stopped working and she couldn’t get in or out of the house to go anywhere and felt trapped and alone. She called lots of places and as soon as she called DGD, someone came out right away and not only helped her fix the situation, they stayed and reassured her and made her feel calm/less alone. Being a caregiver and not being able to help her, this was such an incredible story to hear and I am so thankful for the team at DGD! Regina Stinson is my mother and I owe such a thanks to all those who came to her assistance! Thank you!

Well to mess up yesterday completely my garage door spring for the up motion broke much to my chagrin. I pulled the emergency release and tried to lift the door but it was impossible. On top of it all I had a 3PM Doctor's appointment Which I ultimately had to call and cancel. I called Discount Garage Doors here in Spring Hill and told them what had happened and pleaded for help and thanks for their same day service they scheduled a same day service request and their employee "Brandon C. came and fixed the garage door replacing rollers, springs and main old neoprene center roller, and greased and lubricated everything reducing the dcb level from say 200 to 10. He also verified security code worked and went over the extended warranty I signed up for. The employee "Brandon C." was so nice, so polite, so intelligent about what he was going to do, extremely neat and clean as well with his work. I was truly surprised at what a TROOPER this guy was. He called in advance to tell me how his time in getting here was progressing and was just "Johnny on the Spot" about everything. The guy was here and gone in say 40 minutes with all that he had to do I thought was amazing. Plus he had to put up with me talking to him and he kept reassuring my Labrador "Gunnar" that everything was going to be okay. I truly felt sorry for the guy for working and sweating as much as he did - it was amazing! I kept him supplied with cold bottled water which was the least I could do. I know who to call now and in the future and it will always be Discount Garage Doors here in Spring Hill. They are the BEST!

DGD tech Mina was punctual and performed the work very quickly. He was thorough while explaining what work was to be done and how it effected the overall operation of the doors. He was also very pleasant while being very professional.

DGR - Brakki my tech recommended I get new rollers and a new motor for my 20 year old garage door /. It started sounding terrible - so I called back Brakki came out replaced the parts and now I have to look to see if the door is even moving!!! Amazing better than brand new/ Thank you Brakki and Thank you DGD!!

The mechanic came in, inspected the door and did what was needed to get it back to 100% operable. My opinion, great job.

Mike Lahair was the technician that serviced our garage door. He was absolutely wonderful, over the top helpful, friendly and did not leave until every issue that I brought to his attention was remedied. He was not put off by my many requests, whether minute or not, and he only finished after I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend him. From what I experienced, I cannot think of anything that needs improvement with his services, attitude or appearance, and that says a lot because I am extremely picky ;)
