I have used DGD for years! Wouldn’t use anyone else! Raymond has been my tech for the past two visits & went above & beyond! They offer you options to fix your issues & do not add any unnecessary parts or charges. I Highly recommend!

Spring broke, contacted DGD! They were out in about a hour later, replaced both springs and we're done in about 45 minutes!! Josh was great! I highly recommend DGD Discount Garage!

All of our interactions with DGD were positive. Everyone was on time, and communication was excellent. Steve did an excellent job on installation day. He was respectful, polite, explained everything, and cleaned up everything from the old door. He provided a positive impression for the whole company. Permitting was flawless, and the local inspector commented on the quality of the installation and the product itself. Pricing was very good, and the lead time to order and install was short. Definitely give DGD a call. They exceeded all expectations.

After a bad lightning storm our garage door finally died at the age of 20+ yrs 😆 we call DGD and they came and replaced our unit and also gave a discount on replacing the old garage wheels as well 😀 Bryan and Kevin were so nice and did such an amazing job 🙌 I've never heard my garage door open and close so quietly 🤫 another nice thing I want to mention is that I didn't feel like they were trying to up sale me...I felt they were honest. I will definitely recommend DGD to anyone who needs garage door work 👌

Chris was very good, handled everything including a new opener and remotes. I was able to sync the remote to my car the next day. The new equipment is so quiet I rarely hear it closing!! I would recommend DGD to anyone needing garage door/ motor work. Mike

Our tech Mina Yousef was awesome and the reason for the five stars. I will say though that the communication with the office and dispatchers needs some work. There is a seeming lack of continuity within that team that created confusion for us.

Lane Carter with DGD doors came out to check on an issue with my garage door. It was loud, which he fixed very quickly. He was professional and pleasant - would highly recommend him and would be happy to have him as our tech again!

My garage door opener wasn't working, and I called DGD for repair. Brakki, the service tech, came out and found that the main unit had died. This man was so wonderful to an old lady that can barely walk. He worked so hard, in this FL heat, I felt so sorry for him! He did a wonderful job, my garage door now opens better than ever, guess my old unit wasn't so good. But he cleaned up my garage when he was done, came in and took the time to explain all the features. In fact even set the codes for me on the exterior unit. This man went out of his way to do all he could to help me. So, if you ever need anything done in garage door repair, do not hesitate to call DGD Doors! They above and beyond for their customers.

Bryon I and Kevin were great and very thorough in there assessment of what was wrong with our garage door. They then followed up with several quotes and gave us a chance to choose what we wanted done. After making our selection they started the work. We were surprised that they had everything on their truck to complete the job today. They finished the work and then did a walkthrough with us to make sure we understood how everything worked. I want to thank them for their patience, because setting up the system on the WiFi took a few minutes. Thank you Bryon I and Kevin
