Mike Lahair, arrived earlier (on time ) to fix the clicker. He did fix it and cleaned the garage door, adjust the rubber stopper on it , gave us the cleaner/ degreaser of the garage door and gave us batteries for the clickers, tied in loose bolts, showed us tricks on using the door. The guy is well professional talented and great respect to his customers. We appreciate his time and service which is magnificent. Thank you sir

Bryon and Tyrone did a fantastic job today installing a new unit, a new pad and providing us with new garage door openers. They were on time and professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you guys!

Byron and his assistance did a great job replacing all the pieces and parts to our dilapidated garage doors. Job was done efficiently and with an excellent standard of quality. Highly recommend DGD Garage Doors if you want it done now and done right for a fair amount!

Our serviceman Anthony, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He saw the problem, informed us of what we needed and proceeded to take care of it. We would recommend him wholeheartedly .

Wouldn’t you know it? It was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon when my garage door opener died. I figured we’d be parking outside over the weekend until someone could get out the following week. In this Florida heat, just great! I reached out to DGD who promised to have someone out before the end of the day. Around here? Sure thing! Getting a contractor to return a call or to show up is tough enough, but late on a Friday – no way! Surprisingly, within 20 minutes I received an introductory email from technician Douglas Phillips who was on his way. It took Mr. Phillips a good 2.5 hours to remove and replace my malfunctioning opener and track, run new wiring for the remotes (instead of using the existing wire), demonstrate how to set the code on the exterior remote, and to lubricate all parts of my garage door. He was meticulous with his work and his clean-up was thorough. I was left with the quietest garage door opener we’ve had yet (this is the 6th over the past 35+ years across numerous homes). Mr. Phillips is a throwback. Douglas takes pride in his work and it shows – I don’t see a lot of that these days. He was friendly and courteous, yet task centered, displaying excellent customer service skills all the while. Ten days in since the replacement and I couldn’t be happier. My hat’s off to DGD Garage Doors and Mr. Phillips.

Quick and informative.

Awesome work by a great technician Anthony. He was our tech. Highly recommended

I couldn’t be happier with DGD. A friend recommended them and I really didn’t know what to expect. After filling out their free estimate request online, I immediately got a response the next day and was offered a technician to visit the day after. They kept me up to date the whole way through as to the work window and estimated time of arrival. Doug, Our technician, was an absolute professional, super nice, courteous and knowledgeable. He was willing to help us out as much as he could and even cleaned up after himself after the job was done! I highly recommend him and this company. I will most definitely use DGD again if we need to in the future.
