Tyrone with Discount Garage Doors provided excellent customer service and made adjustments to my garage door following hurricane Helene. He even lubricated the rollers, springs, and cables which resulted in quieter operation. His arrival was within the original service window and charges were reasonable. Everything is working fine and I would recommend DGD to others needing garage door service.

My technician John H. did a wonderful job tuning up my garage door. I called DGD because I could not get the door open after Hurricane Milton. But when John was there, he used the leftover time to tweak some things that I didn’t notice needed adjusting. It was the end of the day, and I knew he had a long drive home, but he stayed to do more work than was necessary. Also very kind and informative; he taught me things about my garage door that I didn’t know before —So I can handle some things on my own before my next tuneup!
