It was a pleasure working with Derek and Jesse. Derek was punctuality arrived on time and ready to work—a trait that's increasingly rare and deeply appreciated. This reliability has allowed us to plan confidently and maintain workflow continuity without interruption. The level of effort and commitment they brings to the job is genuinely impressive. Both Derek and Jesse takes initiative without requiring constant supervision, identifies problems before they escalate, and follows through on commitments without any issues. Derek is an extremely hard worker, very proactive in communication, asks clarifying questions when needed, provides updates without being prompted, and addresses any concerns directly and professionally.
