Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I just started working for this company and it is great and to work with them there very professional and a very good source of income

Positive: Responsiveness, Value First day, the person was a no call, no show. The company was prompt to try to make it right. However, when I missed their call about rescheduling, they took it upon themselves to pick the very next day. While they sent me an email and left a voicemail, the day wasn’t the best for me so I was disappointed that’s the action they took instead of confirming a time with me first. That being said, the next day, Tray who opted to take the job, did a great job. He was as a very hard worker, professional, and got the job knocked out for me so having him made up for the company’s lack of confirming that the day would or wouldn’t work for me. Overall, it’s a good value as long as you have some flexibility because you may get somebody like Tray or you may get somebody like the guy that no showed. Keep that in mind. That being said, I would use them again and that’s probably the best indicator of a review.

Prompt responses and helpful reminders ahead of the jobs show good professionalism. A good way to add some additional income on the side.

Let me start by saying "GREAT EXPERIENCE" . From start to finish very smooth and painless. I connected through their website and was able to book same day online which I loved. They did have to make a small change in arrival time which was better for me anyway. The workers arrived on time ready to work (with gloves!) They were very supportive of the work and followed directions really well. They were fast and efficient yet careful and understanding of the emotional weight of throwing out a dead loved ones things. The job that had once seemed bigger than life was now progressing. Jerimiah was so encouraging and sweet about the whole process. He was patient and just enough push to get it all done with a real "we can do this" attitude which I was desperately in need of at that moment. The fact they were available on call on a Sun was such a blessing. The process was easy and payment was simple and at a great price for Sunday. I will definitely use this service again

I had my first job with this company today, and everything went very beyond great. They take care of their client's needs and wants effectively and communication with their staff is way above what similar companies do.
