The shop was very clean and inviting.I saw them sterilize the area well between clients. My piercer was very knowledgeable, personable, made me feel comfortable quickly, and most importantly, accurate and extremely quick. I would highly recommend.

They have an instagram so you can check out their art work. Great atmosphere, you can request to put on your type of music to relax you and my tattoo artist was Carlos who does any amazing job. Plus Carlos will give you suggestions and will work with you to make your tattoo look more better than what you suggested or want to get.

I stumbled upon Black Cloud on a whim. I've wanted a helix pierving for a while, and Luz did not disappoint! The friendly staff offered a very professional experience with little to no wait time in a relaxed, sterile environment. They made sure I was happy with the placement before proceeding with the piercing and gave me detailed after care instructions. I will definitely be back!
