This is the second time I’ve gotten a piercing. I didn't have a great experience the first time (at a different place), but when I went here, it didn't hurt as much as I expected; it’s very clean and comfortable—I love it.

Forgive me for not being able to remember exactly, but I believe her name was Reyna. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional, patient, friendly and gave off such good vibes. I felt comfortable and respected and heard during my entire experience and I love my new piercings. Thanks, girl! Keep up the awesome work (:
