Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Black cloud is my favorite place for piercings! All their equipment is single use, and it’s immaculately clean each time (at all locations). The convenient location in the mall makes it so convenient, I’m usually in and out in 20 mins. I got my industrial bar done here last year and it never got infected or gave me difficulties. Just got my septum done here recently and so far so good! They give you thorough aftercare instructions and insist that you give them a call if you encounter any questions or issues.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality I’ve had many artists, and gotten ink at many shops. Never have I found one I’ve been sure that I’d stick with until I came here. The place was CLEAN- so important. The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and down to earth. Courteous. Human. I love it. 10/10 going back for more.
