Cristian was very passionate about his work and understood the connection of the tatoo. He made my son and I feel the Love he had for his Art. We definitely highly recommend Cris and Black Cloud!

Got a Medusa piercing yesterday with Vee. Very professional and she answered all my questions. I’ve been going to Black Cloud since they opened at Carolina Place mall. I definitely will go again

Was recommended to Black Cloud for my daughters 1st ear piercing 2 years ago which went great. Came back recently for her 2nd hole ear piercing which also went well. Professional and experienced service (that does not use unsanitary piercing guns) and I highly recommend this place. The only thing I was disappointed in was that my daughter was told no swimming for 3 - 4 weeks after the piercing was already performed. I would have waited if I knew this ahead of time since we are in the hottest time of the year and we take our kids swimming a lot.

Brought my daughter in for a piercing this is the 2nd time we've been to this location and very satisfied each time. VNA was very thorough when describing to my daughter how to take care of her piercing. Ages already talking about going back to get another.

First time here, went in for a tongue piercing. Dominique did my piercing. She was very professional. The environment was clean. I was in and out very quick! It was not painful at all.

My first tat and they was pretty cool, I walked in to buy a spray and randomly asked “any appointment for tattoos” and they literally said “rn?” And waited only 5 mins filling the paper work and got that tat on the spot pretty satisfied and good price tbh
