5-star public review
Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Jamison did a hip tattoo for me. His work area was clear and sanitized. He took his time answering my questions and understanding what I wanted. He showed me the process to completing the tatt. He consistently asked if I was okay and if I needed anything. He was efficient with his time and did an amazing job!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality Yesterday I went in for my septum piercing. Amanda was amazing!!! I having been wanting it for a while now but nervous to go. Amanda talked me through it and was very comforting!! She is hilarious, sweet, and easy to talk to!!! I came close to passing out and she was so calm and took every step needed to keep me there and come back to. This was my second piercing I've gotten done at Black Cloud, both times were a pleasant experience!! I will recommend them everytime!! 👌 💯

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value My expectations were absolutely exceeded on my visit. I got my septum pierced and my friend got his ear pierced. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, the place was really clean and way nicer than I expected. I was super nervous and my piercer was so sweet and comforting to me. If it wasn’t for her encouragement I wouldn’t have gone through with it haha Services: Nose piercing, Ear piercing
