Ananda did my daughter’s ears. My daughter was a little nervous but Amanda too her time talking with her and explaining the process and making her feel at ease. It was a quick procedure but I did really appreciate that Amanda took plenty of time positioning where the earrings would be and making sure they were even. My daughter enjoyed everything about the experience! Thank you! Service: Ear piercing

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Took our 2 girls in because they wanted their ears pierced. 1 went completely flawless. The other would have but our oldest was deadly afraid of it. She wanted them so badly but couldn’t get past her fear. The people there were so kind and patient with her. They tried multiple tricks to get her to calm down since she kept asking to try it until the needle got close. I know when she decides to try again that’s where we will go because we couldn’t ask for them to be any better with her. Service: Ear piercing

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality I got a belly button piercing and I was let in quickly and had a very quick, relatively painless experience.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism I’ve been to Black Cloud twice to get piercings done. Both times have been great experiences. I love the jewelry options for the places I got done. My most recent visit was for a nostril piercing. Lauren was amazing; she was so kind and easy to talk to while I was getting my piercing. I highly recommend Black Cloud!
