Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value I have a wonderful experience every time I come to black cloud. They’ve done my last three piercings. Today, Darrin helped me and he was absolutely wonderful. He took care to make sure my comfort came first. Everything was a breeze and absolutely painless. He was also incredibly kind and friendly. These guys are true professionals. Thank you so much!!!

Got a tattoo from Derrick and I will most definitely be coming back! It was my first tattoo and I came with my bestfriend. He was super sweet, explained everything and was very professional but fun about it! Took us in before our appointment and was done very quickly!

Extremely professional in every way. Very clean shop. With the piercing every step was explained and how the process was going to work. Also how much it was going to hurt and what to expect. Would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable and professional experience!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality My daughter, age 7, wanted to get her ears pierced, but was a little apprehensive. Emily got her comfortable and even let dad (me) get a piercing first to show her it wouldn't hurt. After the first ear was done for my daughter, she began to cry slightly, so Emily allowed her time to recover, collect herself and the second ear went smoothly. I'd highly recommend this shop and Emily for anyone wanting a piercing, especially your child. Tattoo parlors are safer and less traumatic than the guns used at Claire's or places like that. My daughter loves to show off her earrings and tells everyone about the TATTOO SHOP. Thanks for making her experience memorable and calming! Service: Ear piercing

Staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I wanted an industrial piercing and they advised against because of my ear size but offered other options. Ended up with 3 piercings and my daughter got q piercing too! Will be back for more.
