I always come here for piercings. The staff is amazing and they’re always very informative and kind. I have passed out after watching my friend get pierced and they grabbed me water, a lollipop, and cold towel and let me lay there until I felt completely better. Last week I got another piercing and my friend passed out from watching and they showed her the same care. Feels like a safe space and I know I can trust them to walk me through what they’re doing and put me first as a customer!!

We have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀

Went to get a surface Tragus a couple of days ago, My piercer was Emily :). She did an amazing job, even complimented on how good it looks on me. Gave me clear instructions on how to take care of it. I love this place, it’s the only place I come to get pierced! Very friendly
