I got snakebites done by Lauren and she was amazing! She walked me through the process and her actions and since it was my first piercings, it made me feel a lot better and more comfortable about what all was being done! She let me talk in the chair and get out my nerves and it was great! Just in general, the store was amazing and the price was great! I definitely would recommend stopping by! They offer advice and aftercare tips even after the piercing is done! They're wonderful over there at Black Cloud!

My friends and I all got septum piercings together and Amanda was working back to back with her clients all by herself and she had the best attitude for each person. When it was our turn to go, she treated us with so much respect, kindness, and the best comfort. From now on, I only want to get piercings by her.
