Brian and staff at Black Cloud are friendly, professional, and genuinely dope humans. My fiancé and I scheduled appointments to get our noses pierced and for matching tattoos, and the whole experience was relatively quick and fun! We’ve both had tattoos and piercings done at other shops and we both agreed that this is easily the best experience we’ve had and our tattoos are beautifully done. We’re already planning to book another appointment here soon to get more tats done. Services: Nose piercing, Tattoos

Lauren pierced my helix last time I was in and she was wonderful. She gave me some sound advice about piercings I probably couldn't get with my ear shape and gave me several other options that will also look good.

My fiancé and I went here a couple months ago to get our noses pierced and Dom was so sweet and funny and made the process super easy (even for my fiancés first piercing ever)! We came back this past weekend to get a tattoo and Andrew was just as awesome! He was great to work with and we both love our new tattoos. Will definitely be back in the future for our next tattoo and/or piercing!

I had previously gotten my septum pierced by someone else in one of their other locations and it was completely wrong BUT i went to the Town Center location and Quen (i think that’s how you spell it) was the absolute most wonderful human. Not only was she an amazing person, but she’s also an amazing piercer! I’ve passed out with all of my other piercings and tattoos and this is the first one I felt nothing with! If i was getting more piercings I would 10000% go to her. Service: Nose piercing
