My husband and I were in town for the weekend and had a great time and wanted to get a little tattoo to remember our visit. We got in right away and both got a great little piece of art. The staff was really friendly and the shop very clean. Last minute I asked to get a piercing too, not realizing how late it was. She did it for me, and it was quick and easy. I am really please with our visit to the shop. Highly recommend.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value I have now gotten 6 piercings at the Black Cloud Matthews location and I love them all! I have had three different piercers, each made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job. All of my piercings have healed well! The piercers were able to give me recommendations and advice which was very helpful. Definitely will be getting all of my piercings here from now on! Services: Piercings, Nose piercing, Ear piercing
