Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value My piercer.. she was very professional and it was like she could read my mind on were I wanted the placement for my piercing. The piercing itself was damn near painless. I really recommend black cloud.

I took my 2 and 5 year old daughters in to have their ears pierced. The wait was long because so many people were there and only one piercer was available and she was also checking everyone in. She was great with my daughters and neither of them even cried when having the piercing done. It’s been over a month now and we’ve had no complications or infection. I highly recommend them! Dejay was the best tattoo artist! Came in for a birthday tattoo and wasn't disappointed, he was great and helped me get exactly what I wanted! Not even going to hesitate on going back the next time I'm up in Charlotte!
