I’m got a tragus and a nose piercing at Black Cloud in Cumberland Mall. My peircer’s name is Destinee and she was super sweet, professional, knowledgeable, funny, and overall was excellent at putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions. I would definitely reccemond this place and more specifically Destinee <3

I got my navel piercing done here this past friday and my experience was great:) They were quick, informative, and friendly as I'm pretty new to tattoo/piercings this was great. I am a little squeamish and felt lightheaded after-was immediately met with cold water, a fan and even a little lollipop. Go here!!!
