I had the Best experience getting my ear pierced. I was a little anxious .The staff was wonderful and very professional. My tech she was absolutely on point. She was knowledgeable and kept me at ease. I will be going back and will be recommending this place to everyone.

she made me feel comfortable and warned about all potential opportunities for pain, she let me know she wouldn’t catch me off guard and prepared me before the piercing, overall she made me feel safe and comfortable in her hands, her customer service was a 10/10 and i would for sure come back if she was working i don’t know her name but she had a double nose piercing with a chain connecting them thank you for amazing service

Greeted soon as walked in the check in process waiver was simple. Staff was very courteous. Amanda the technician explained everything to my daughter and I we both were comfortable. From start to finish during my daughter’s piercing process it was quick and Amanda did a great job. My daughter was very pleased and happy with her dermis piercing. Overall the visit was very nice the business is very clean and they sanitize very thoroughly. We will come back future visits and recommend to others.

Brenna was awesome! She thoroughly explained the nose piercing process and cleaned and sanitized her work station before and after. She made my daughter comfortable and relaxed during the process. I will definitely return in the future.

My daughter wanted another ear piercing. We were close to the Plaza location. Amanda did the piercing…she was witty & sweet & super professional. The customer service was fantastic from our initial phone call to when we drove out the parking lot. We will definitely be back for more piercings, maybe a nose ring or a tattoo too. Check Black Cloud out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!
