Black Cloud was one of two places I had researched and ultimately, I chose Black Cloud!! I visited two days prior to the day that I actually had the piercing done!! The Associate that Greeted me and showed me the difference piercing used was Awesome!! When, I returned two days later the Associate that Greeted me and ultimately did my piercing was even More Awesomeness!! For my First time experience with something of this nature was Beyond what I could have imagined, my ex-husband was with me and we had a Great time and Fabulous experience!! I will be returning once I get through a little of this healing process (which I'm doing very well) for an upper ear piercing!! Thanks, Black Cloud for being there and a Huge Thanks to Lil B., for talking and walking me through the process calming my little nervousness!!!😍

My mom and I got nose piercings from this place and the staff was very nice and professional. We got in and got out quickly but it didn’t feel rushed or anything. The guy was very professional and confident and both my mom and I are very satisfied. No complaints here!

Appreciated the honesty the young lady gave when my daughter went to get an industrial, even though it hurt my daughter feelings to know she could not get it. I believe honesty is best in business. Thank you. My other daughter got her nose pierced and is happy about it.
