I went to Black Cloud to get my first ear pierced and had a wonderful experience. The lady was very informative about ear piercings and how to care for them afterwards. They have a very sanitary environment and if I want another piercing, I would go back to them. Highly recommended Service: Ear piercing

The piercer was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to repierce my industrial from 20yrs ago. It was minimal pain and quick appointment even with a long line. The appointment moved quickly. I'm from Buffalo NY and I was in Charlotte NC for a wedding/vacation so it was pretty convenient to be able to go to the outlet and have an apprentice give us the address to the Carolina Place mall for the appointment on the same day. If ever I am back in Charlotte, I will visit and purchase there again! Service: Ear piercing

This is the second piercing I've gotten from this place and both experiences were amazing. Both of the piercers were really nice and helped me feel as comfortable as possible! I got my snakebites and a vertical labret! They look really good! My snakebites are even and my labret is perfectly aligned!
