the person who pierced me and my cousin - as well as the other employees we interacted with - was incredibly pleasant, comfortable, and professional. quick and painless, great placement, friendly services, clean workspace (my cousin was pierced first and asked very nicely if i could wait a minute or two so she could disinfect the space, green flag). totally worth it. thank you, black cloud!!

They were very fast and professional. We had 3 in our party getting a service and they all agree they were comfortable and would definitely go back there. One was a returning customer already so that should say a lot about them.
