Sara did an amazing job on my fine line rose. She was very nice and this is the most comfortable I have ever been getting a tattoo. My best friend was in town for 24 hours, we walked into the plaza location and were serviced right away.

Did a walk-in with 4 people and it was so quick and so fun! I was very nervous about getting my helix done but it wasnt bad at all and our piercer was great! He also took the time to talk to my sister about the different options to fix her uneven lobe piercings and did a great job evening them out!

T & her mentor were the ones to pierce me ! Her mentor was very fun to talk too the both of them, T & her mentor took there time & talk to you through the process so you feel as welcome & safe assured as possible. Overall it was a 100/10 experience they were so welcoming !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Emily yesterday when she pierced both of my ears. From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and reassuring approach really put me at ease, and the piercings turned out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Emily to anyone considering a piercing at Black Cloud!

My kids had a got a sibling tattoo from this shop so I decided to get my ear pierced from here. Best decision ever. I wasn’t greeted with a smile but the guy was still nice and helpful and handsome I might add. He made sure I understood everything before my procedure which I greatly appreciate. The place was clean and very sterile and that’s always a plus in my book. My procedure was quick and on point. Thank you to my piercer. I forget his name but he has lightning bolts tattooed on one of his ears. Did I mention he was handsome. Anyway he really took care of me. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
