Black Cloud is by far one of my favorite tattoo and piercing places in the metro ATL area. The staff is always professional, and the shop is clean and comfortable. I recently received a tattoo with my fave artist, Monea. She’s always timely, clean, professional and detail-oriented from my experiences with her.
