All of the ladies working that day were super nice and very easy to ask questions to. I have now gotten 5 piercing from this particular store and the staff are always so welcoming and very understanding to nervous/new customers. They also always make sure I have the correct cleaning instructions and products. Can’t wait for my next visit. Service: Ear piercing

My experience at Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing was amazing. I went to get a nose piercing and I was so nervous!! Eric made me feel so comfortable. The process was so quick.
